Coach Tippe will be putting on a strength and condition program all summer. It is geared to improve strength, agility, flexibility, and is based on functional movements. If you are serious about improving your overall athletic skills, you need to attend these sessions:
High School: Starts June 10th and runs on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday
Junior High: Starts June 12th and runs Wednesday and Saturdays.
All dates start at 9:00 am and end at 10:30.
