Weight Room Sessions with Coach Tippie and Coach Rhoades.

Great News!! With the addition of Coach Rhoades we will now be able to offer the weight room sessions 5 days a week during the Fall and Winter seasons!!
Fall Schedule (8/27-10/26)
Mon – Fri: 3-4:30pm
Winter Schedule (10/29-2/22)
Mon – Fri: 3-4:30pm
Spring Schedule (2/25-4/24)
Mon & Wed: 3-4:30pm
*Please note: JH is permitted to attend all weight sessions as well!
